Responsibility boundaries

Staffing and managed support are different offers.

Some requirements call for qualified personnel. Others call for ongoing coordination and management of the work. We define which one applies before the proposal is written.

Each engagement states who sources and employs the personnel, who verifies credentials, and who directs daily work. Clinical services are performed by appropriately licensed professionals under the terms of the engagement.

Additional clinical specialties and telehealth requirements are evaluated case by case.
